Shipping and Handling
We ship from Orlando, Florida, USA, and primarily use the United States Postal Service for all shipments.
We ship Monday through Friday. If we receive your order by 4:00 PM EST on a weekday, it will ship out that day. Otherwise, your order will ship on the next business day.
A business day is considered Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays (pretty much, if USPS is open, we are shipping.)
Approximate Shipping Times:
Since we ship from Orlando, Florida, times will vary depending on where you are located in relation to us and your local delivery times. However, generally speaking, you can expect your package with our Standard Shipping as follows:
Florida and the Southeast: 2-3 working days
Midwest and Northeast: 3-4 working days
West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii: 4-5 working days
If you want your items sooner, we offer Priority Shipping through USPS as an option upon checkout. Priority shipping is 2-3 days, depending on location.
If you need your item(s) the next day (like maybe you forgot a special occasion- we get it, it’s happened to us too!), reach out to us through the chat button. We can look into available shipping options and costs and do what we can to accommodate you.
Tracking and Notifications:
We will send you a few emails to alert you that your package has been shipped, along with the tracking number.
You may also get an email informing you when your order has been delivered.
You can track your order through the United States Postal Service’s website located here.
Some Additional Information- Just in Case If You Need It:
Please note that while most of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases. Occasionally, a carrier may not scan an item or show delivery a day or so before the actual item is delivered.
Please reach out to your local carrier if you do not receive your order within 3 days of the tracking information due date. If they cannot assist, please reach out to us through either the chat button on our website or email us at NatureReflectionsJewelry@gmail.com.
International Shipping: Due to the cost of shipping internationally, taxes and fees, we are not currently shipping internationally. However, feel free to contact us through our chat button. Depending on your country of origin and the requirements to send there, we may be able to make an exception.
