 Shipping and Handling


The shipment of your product is our highest priority and every day we dispatch many orders to satisfied customers.


Processing time: As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately alert our warehouse staff and the order is picked and process within 1-2 business days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Your order will be fulfilled by one of our US fulfillment centers.

Our Shipping time in the US generally takes 2 -5 days which results in a delivery time of 3-7 days.

Also, please allow variances of delivery times due to holidays, covid impacts, severe weather conditions, seasonality, etc.

For all other countries, Total time from placing the order to arriving at your door is approximately 10-35 business days. Please keep in mind that our pricing does not include any import fees or taxes. The carrier may assess fees upon your order. We are not responsible for these fees since they are in accordance to your own country’s tariffs. You would be responsible for payment of these fees.

Tracking:

Please know that it takes a total of 3- 7 days to receive your order in the US and can take a few extra days during the holidays, covid impacts and severe weather conditions. For all other countries, it takes 10-35 days.

You will receive an email when your order ships and then a second email with the tracking information. We generally ship via United States Postal Service but occasionally we will use another carrier or a combination of carriers (such as DHL to your local USPS hub, then USPS to your address.)

Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases. Occasionally, a carrier may not scan an item or may show delivery a day or so before the actual item is delivered.
