     Shipping and Handling

    The shipment of your product is our highest priority and every day we dispatch hundreds of products to satisfied customers.

    Processing time: As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately alert our warehouse staff and the order is picked and process within 1 business day. Sometimes, it is processed within minutes of receiving the order.

    Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

    Our orders ship from our Columbus, Ohio, USA fulfillment center. 

    Shipping time in the US generally takes 3-7 business days. (Please see below for Holiday Shipping Information.)

    Also, please allow variances of delivery times due to holidays, severe weather conditions, seasonality, etc.

    For all other countries, Total time from placing the order to arriving at your door is approximately 10-35 business days. Please keep in mind that our pricing does not include any import fees or taxes. The carrier may assess fees upon your order. We are not responsible for these fees since they are in accordance to your own country’s tariffs. You would be responsible for payment of these fees.


    You will get an email when your order ships which will have a tracking number. Most items are shipped through United States Postal Service and can be tracked at USPS.com.  Delivery is approximately 3-7 business days which does not include weekends or holidays. Most items do arrive within a week but may be delayed due to seasonality, holidays and weather conditions. 

    Please keep a look out for your package. It will most likely be in a small box or mailer.

    Some items may be shipped using UPS. If you have a tracking code that begins with 1Z, then your item was shipped by UPS. To track your item, please visit UPS.  If your item was not delivered, it could be that UPS required a signature at your location. Please contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS to arrange delivery.  

    We kindly ask for you patience. However, we do strongly recommend tracking your items so that in the rare occasion there is an issue, it can be resolved quickly with your local carrier. We are confident you will love your items- good things come to those who wait. 😊


    Holiday Shipping Information- Important Dates:

    Standard Shipping- We recommend strongly that if you want your items before the Christmas Holiday to place your orders no later than Friday, December 13th.

    Expedited Shipping- We recommend strongly that is you want your items before the Christmas Holiday to place your orders no later than Thursday, December 19th.


    Our normal shipping time is 3-10 days- depending on your location, however during this busy season, please allow an additional 3 days for delivery. Our items ship the next business day (at the latest) after the order is placed, however the carriers most likely will have delays due to the holidays. This is why we ask for the additional 3 days.


    We can guarantee that if an item is in stock that we will ship it by the end of the next business day. We cannot guarantee that the carrier will deliver in time due to seasonality, holidays and possible weather.


    The above dates are for US customers only. International customers- please allow 10-35 days for delivery. DUE TO COVID-19, shipments are taking at least 2 months or more for delivery. This is due to the backlog at the ports of call. We will not offer any refunds on International orders for delays in delivery since this is out of our control. 

     Please know- we offer Gift Certificates which are delivered through email and can be ordered through December 24th for Christmas Delivery.
